From 25 May 2018 onwards, the General Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR (AVG in Dutch) is in effect. This means that, from this date onwards, the same privacy legislation applies to the entire European Union (EU). The Dutch Personal Data Protection Act (WBP) will then no longer apply.

Gras Wood Wide BV, the parent company, did its utmost to ensure all its divisions meet the new regulations prior to this date. And we succeeded.

We process company and personal data of our clients. Due to the sensitive nature of this data, we value privacy very much. Our privacy statement states which data we process and for which purposes we process it.
