Description

SeArch architects have developed a circular all-wood school that can be easily dismantled, moved and extended. This is possible because it consists of 75 prefabricated wooden modules. The facade is clad with vertical wooden slats of Lunawood and treated with a pre-greying agent. Lunawood is the ideal material for environmentally friendly and conscious building and living, and can be used both indoors and outdoors. By varying the distance between the slats, a filter is created that, depending on the weather, gives a special reflection. This beautiful project is winner of the National Timber Building Prize 2021 in the category Serial Timber Building.
